Highlights Summary

The following are your highlights summary. Remember to read carefully the slides of of highlights. Click here to see them again. Happy highlights!

Highlight #1: Write about what you enjoy most about your sport

Highlight #2: Write a highlight about what inspires you.

Highlight #3: Descirbe a comeback that you have achieved. Why is it important to always believe in the face of adversity? It is more important to believe when things are going well or when things are going poorly?

Highlight #4: This highlight can be 3-4 paragraphs (or more if you like). Click the following link by clicking here and let me know whether or not this inspires you. I would also like you to write down each and every slide that you see. Write another slide or two that is similar to the ones you saw. Make it personal and relevant.

Highlight #5:Read an article by clicking here. Summarize it and then tell me what you think about it such as what you liked about it and how this can benefit you

Highlight #6: Click the link here and tell me which video inspires you the most and why.

Highlight #7: Read an article by clicking here. Summarize it and then tell me what you think about it.

Highlight #8: Focus on the perfect play. Write a highlight of you in your sport perfoming your skill perfectly. Try to use as many senses as possible (sight, sound, taste, feel and ears). This highlight can be up to 500 words! Read an article on mental imagery by clicking here. If you have already done a similar mental imagery script, then do another mental imagery script of your choice. Remember to attach the rubric and to fill it out at the end.

Highlight #9: Read an article by clicking here. Summarize it and then tell me what you think about it.

Highlight #10: Which coach or person has influenced you the most. Explain specific ways in which this was done. How can you give back in a similar fashion? Why would you do it?

Highlight #11: What are you looking to? What are some of your goals?

Highlight #12: Find an inspirational highlight video (youtube it). Attach the link and tell me what you like the most of it.
