Welcome to the Flow in Sports E-Learning page. This is the source for sport psychology information that will help you improve your game.
*Please note that the courses are organized by levels listed as 100 - 600. Generally, a 100 level course is for 5 - 7 year olds; a 200 level course is for 8 - 11 year olds; a 300 level course is for 12 - 14 year olds; a 400 level course if for 15 - 17 year olds; a 500 level course is for 18 - 25 year olds; and a 600 level course is for world class thinkers. For example, Focus 420 is for 15 - 17 year olds (and any other course number after 420 would follow; e.g., Focus 440).
