Meet Coach Lior Doron (B.A., G.D.S.A., M.Sc)
Trained by the National Hockey League (NHL) Montreal Canadiens' sports psychologist at the time, Coach Doron's education stems with an undergraduate degree specialized in psychology. He then pursued his graduate studies with a sports administration diploma from the John Molson School of Business. His thirst for knowledge led him to apply for a masters degree. But being accepted was not easy. After receiving many letters of rejection (see video) from a variety of Universities (including McGill 5x), he got accepted at the University of Montreal, earned a 3.7 GPA and received his Masters degree. The Masters of Science Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Psychology trains students on how to build sports psychology programs with elite and high performance athletes so that they may create, recreate and maintain flow in their sport. Coach Doron has earned certification in the sports of tennis as an instructor, hockey as a referee and coach (intermediate level), baseball as an umpire and is a qualified rock climbing instructor. He also also taught and coached volleyball and basketball.

He has taught physical education, math, English, computers french, science and has pioneered the very first introduction to sports psychology class within Laval Liberty High School (see the web page that he created to facilatate learning for his students). He was also vice principal and in charge of discipline in a prestigious private high school. Lior has gained valuable experience working within the elementary school system as well.
Coach Doron is also the academy director of the Tennis and Sports Psychology Academy (TSPA). The academy's main purpose is to teach not only the physical skills of tennis on the court but also the mental skills off the court. Finally, Lior officiates as an ice-hockey referee within the Concordia University department of recreation and athletics, and the City of Cote Saint-Luc. He also worked as a sports psychology coach for the Concordia University Intercollegiate Stingers football team.
Founded in 2003, Lior is the president and owner of Flow in Sports. The site is designed and dedicated to help athletes, students and individuals create, recreate and maintain flow or reach peak performance in their lives.
Coach Doron is strictly against an all work and no fun lifestyle. Many times, he escape his daily routine and contributed at variuos camps namely as a counselor, volleyball instructor and a land sport supervisor. Working up the food chain, he worked for international companies such as Club Med as a tennis G.O. during three different seasonal contacts. He lived in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and Paradise Island in the Bahamas. Other contracts included working for Royal Caribbean International aboard seven different world class cruise ships as a junior cruise animator. This gave Lior the opportunity to travel aboard one of the world's largest cruise ships. Sailing all over the world allowed Lior to explore a variety of landmarks while being sensitized to the vast cultural and ethnic diversities that exist among us.
