Important Tournament Notes
Registration is completed once payment has
received (not postmarked). We must receive
it no later than July 6th. You may pay online once you finish
the registrion. The cost of registration online is $25.
How do you plan to pay for the tournament?
You may withdraw from the tournament up until June 30th by calling
487-7862 with full refund. Once the deadline has passed, there
will be no refunds.
VERY IMPORTANT:
It is your responsibility to call the
club at 487-7862 on August 23rd between 9:00am - 12:00
(noon) to find out the scheduled time of your match.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled
match time. Arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled
match time will result in a default.
After your match, you must report to the tournament
director to communicate your scores, return balls and learn
the time of your next match if applicable.
Please respect the dress regulations of the
Cote Saint - Luc Tennis Club (tennis shorts / skirts, collared
shirts for boys and flat soled tennis shoes.
