Armed with a Masters degree in sports psychology, your tennis coach will not only improve your tennis game on the court but provide you with mental skills strategies to help your game off the court. Whether you are interested in losing weight, exercising, improving your tennis game and learning technical or tactical strategies in tennis, this is an excellent opportunity for you. Below is a list of prices in Canadian dollars. Please note that instruction or the tennis courses are only given in the Montreal area for either children (kids as young as four years old) and adults. The Cote Saint Luc Tennis Club under the direct supervision of the club's manager Maher Diab offers nine outdoor clay courts that are carefully maintained. The club also has a boutique for all your tennis needs. This includes stringing racks, shirts for men and women as well as women skirts. Le Sporting Club du Sanctuaire is Montreal's finest fitness facilities. With over 150,000 square feet, the club offers a spacious, comfortable and unique experience.
