Electronic Stinging Request Form

Thank you for requesting to string your racket with 40 /30 and Maher Diab

Instructions: Please fill out the form below with the information and push the submit button. During the tennis season (May - October), you can pick up your tennis racket at the Cote Saint Luc Tennis Club located at 8215 Guelph. Please contact Maher for information on picking up your racket during the off season. Once you submit this form, you will be given a choice on how to pay (online, cash, cheque or coming to the club).

In the case that Maher Diab already has all your information in section I or you do not want any changes to the way your racket was strung since the last time, simply fill out section II.
